At Dr. 131 in Ivanhoe, we are committed to protecting the health of our community through comprehensive immunisation and vaccination services. We offer a range of vaccinations for children, adolescents, and adults, helping to prevent serious and potentially life-threatening diseases.

We offer a range of immunisation and vaccination services, including:

  • Childhood Immunisations: We follow the National Immunisation Program schedule, providing vaccinations to protect children against diseases such as measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio, and more.
  • Adolescent Vaccinations: We offer vaccinations recommended for adolescents, including protection against human papillomavirus (HPV), meningococcal disease, and boosters for childhood vaccinations.
  • Adult Vaccinations: We provide vaccinations for adults to protect against diseases such as influenza (flu), shingles, pneumococcal disease, and tetanus boosters. We also offer travel vaccinations and other specialised vaccinations as needed.
  • Travel Vaccinations and Advice: We provide comprehensive travel health advice and administer necessary vaccinations to protect you against diseases prevalent in your travel destinations.
  • Flu Vaccinations: We offer annual flu vaccinations to help protect you against seasonal influenza strains. FLU vaccination is especially important in 2025 to help reduce risk of co-circulation of FLU & COVID viruses.
    • When FLU vaccines become available, clinics will be conducted from mid-April as usual, and separately from COVID vaccine clinics.
    • All information about the vaccine clinics and bookings for FLU vaccines will become available here on our website.
    • Attendance at FLU vaccination clinics will be fully bulk-billed for all and the vaccine is free for people aged 65 years and over or other eligible medical conditions. Otherwise the vaccine cost is $20 payable on the day of attendance.
    • If you have any concerns or are unsure about your FLU vaccination, please make a routine appointment with your regular Doctor (normal consultation fees apply).
