Meet Sarah, a dedicated general psychologist with extensive experience in the field. She holds a Master of Professional Psychology from Australian Catholic University, a Graduate Diploma of Advanced Psychology from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences from La Trobe University.

Sarah adopts a client-centered approach, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs. Her therapeutic toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Sarah has experience working with ABA Therapy, behaviour support, and individuals under NDIS funding plans. She also conducts cognitive and academic assessments to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of their cognitive strengths and challenges. (Please note: Sarah is not currently conducting Autism assessments.)

Sarah works with children, adolescents, and young adults, with a particular interest in addressing anxiety, low mood, stress, adjustment difficulties, OCD, ADHD, and academic challenges.

Beyond the Clinic:

Outside of her practice, Sarah cherishes quality time with her family, whether enjoying relaxing moments at home or exploring Victoria’s beautiful walking trails with her adventurous chocolate Labrador, Cruze. A passionate foodie, she’s always eager to discover Melbourne’s latest culinary gems. When time allows, Sarah loves to travel, embracing new experiences and creating lasting memories.
